How can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it by using the cancellation option in your order confirmation email, if that option is available. If more than 1 hour has passed, please email us at contact@aspen-rise.com as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist you.

I canceled my order by mistake. Can I restore it?
If you canceled your order and would still like to receive the item, the fastest solution is to place a new order through our checkout. If you need help, please contact us at contact@aspen-rise.com.

How do I know if my order was successfully canceled?
If you canceled your order using the link in your confirmation email, you should receive a cancellation confirmation email once the cancellation is completed. If you do not receive that confirmation, please contact us at contact@aspen-rise.com and include your order number so we can verify the status for you.

I do not see a cancellation option. What should I do?
In some cases, the self-cancellation option may not be available. If that happens, please email us at contact@aspen-rise.com as soon as possible with your order number and cancellation request, and our team will review the available options.
