Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. Unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Cancellation
We begin processing orders as quickly as possible after they are placed. For this reason, cancellation requests can only be accepted within 12 hours of placing the order.
Item Not Received
Orders are usually delivered within 5 to 12 business days after shipment, in addition to the 2 to 3 business day processing time. If your order has not arrived within 15 business days after you receive your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@aspen-rise.com with your name and order number so we can review the issue.
Damaged on Arrival
If your item arrives damaged, please email us at contact@aspen-rise.com as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. After reviewing the case, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund, depending on the situation.
Defective Item
If your item is defective or stops functioning within 30 days after delivery, please contact us at contact@aspen-rise.com. After reviewing the issue, we will let you know whether the item should be returned and whether you qualify for a replacement, store credit, or a refund, depending on the condition and the case details.
Change of Mind
If you would like to return an item because you changed your mind, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. Please contact us first so we can provide the return instructions and return address.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Exchange items must be unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Wrong Item Received
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@aspen-rise.com with your order number and photos of the item received. If the error is confirmed, we will provide a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
